Development plans for the financier's private tropical island among the images.
Also featured in this new photograph release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created development schemes to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a key identifying distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as plans for dock shelters.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
